I watched these guys do my neighbor's roof and they had it done in two days with no mess. She's thrilled. I called three roofers for a leak and they were the only ones to call me back. They haven't done the work yet but I was really happy that he gave me options that weren't just "replace the roof" which I can't afford right now. You can bet that when I do come up with the money they'll get that job.

I highly recommend using Advantage Roofing. The owner, Brian, is professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. My roof looks beautiful and I know I received quality workmanship. It was done in a timely manner and everything around the area was clean and pristine.

Advantage Roofing replaced my roof in 2017. They were efficient and cleaned up the yard after the work was done. Since then, I’ve had a small leak in my bedroom ceiling. Brian came out and determined the leak is not due to the roof itself, but a sewer pipe. He took the extra step to purchase a cover for the pipe and came right out to install it. He is very responsive and patient in explaining the issue. Advantage Roofing has excellent customer service!

These guys are fabulous. Only had to wait a couple of days to get the job done. Excellent work by very good crew. Communication was great. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I needed the roof on my house and shed replaced, as well as a skylight. Brian was responsive to all my questions both before, during, and after the work was completed. We contacted Advantage after our next door neighbor had their roof installed by them. Theirs looked fantastic and we were told it was done at a very fair price. I can say that we too received the same service and are very happy with our new roof. It too looks fantastic and the team that installed it was courteous and respectful of our surrounding property. They were knowledgeable, thorough and prompt from the first meeting to the final goodbye. All that was stated in the initial meeting was fully completed, and looks great. The fact that it was done in a full day was certainly a bonus. Highly recommended.

We called Advantage because we had a leak in our roof. Brian gave us an estimate to have a repair. It was reasonable and he did not automatically try to sell us a new roof. Between the time of the estimate and the repair, another leak in another part of the house showed up. We then asked for a quote on a roof rather than just a repair. The estimate was reasonable. The job was done in about a week. They were total pros and did good work. Donna in the office was wonderful and a very nice lady. I am wary of dealing with contractors. You don't need to be wary dealing with Advantage Roofing.

Advantage Roofing did a wonderful job replacing the hipped roofs on my house and my large two car garage - the work looks fantastic. After getting a number of quotes for the whole project, including knocking down a chimney to the roofline on the garage, Advantage also came back with the best price, and Brian gave tons of information during the quote. From Donna at the office to the all of the guys on the crew, everyone was friendly, respectful, and professional, and responsive. The crew treated both my and my neighbor’s property with respect throughout the job, the job site was kept clean the whole time the crew was working, and after the job was done the cleanup was great too. I expected getting my roofs replaced would be stressful, but it was so easy with Advantage, and I just love the result. My home looks wonderful!

I’m a first time home buyer, my home insurance notified me that I needed to get my roof repaired in order to qualify for renewal. I reached out to so many roofing companies and they all gave me outrages estimates or were trying to do a low quality job to “save me money”. I came across Advantage Roofing and scheduled an estimate by phone with Casey (she’s the best!) and Brian came out, checked my roof, and quickly emailed me with an estimate. I was nervous to check it at first because of my past experiences but I was STUNNED at how reasonable the price was for a completely new roof installation and my gutters. The day of service, Jeff and the team came on time and replaced the entire roof in one day! They cleaned up afterwards and the dumpster was picked up the following day. Brian made sure I was happy with the job which I truly appreciated. He also saved me a couple hundred dollars by having the team nail in my gutter instead of getting the entire thing replaced. I will recommend anyone that requires a new roof to go to Advantage Roofing - they're honest, professional, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Got new roof, siding, and gutters. We knew there was going to be a lot of work under the roof/siding that needed to be done, so we talked about what that may look like. Brian was respsonsive, prompt, professional and his various teams were great. The house looks brand new and I feel much better about the structural integrity of the house. Only issue was a small pricing discrepancy between contract and invoice that we spoke about and settled with ease.

Brian and Duke made several trips out here and diagnosed/fixed problems other roofers missed, and were open about what they could and couldn’t fix. When it was time to replace the whole thing they had a fair price, showed up in good time, and had it done in a single day. Can’t ask for more than that!

We are so impressed with Advantage Roofing’s work, price, efficiency and professionalism! Brian was a joy to work with. We just had our roof replaced last week on a house that we are moving into. We got multiple quotes and his was not only the most affordable, but he used the same high quality materials and unlike other companies, did not pressure us to go with him. Because we were in negotiations to buy a house, we needed an estimate immediately and even though he had a full schedule, he took the time to quote us within 24 hours of calling! Their work was fast (done in less than a day on the date we scheduled), and they were clean and left absolutely no signs that they had even been at our house (except for the gorgeous roof and sign out front). Brian immediately contacted us the day of when they found additional work to be done and presented us with all of our options, including less expensive and optimal appearance options. He had zero hidden fees and we we are just so pleased with our beautiful roof!!!

This by far is the best company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The owner Brian is the definition of a professional and what a professional should be. Just had our roof replaced by Advantage Roofing and could not be happier with the results. The owner came out personally to give us an estimate and explain the process. The price was competitive, the workers were courteous, and the job was completed on time.

I have given Advantage Roofing, and its owner Brian Speyer, a 5-star rating because they truly deserve it..From the moment that Brian came out to look at my roof and bid the job, until the last time he walked out of the door, he was professional, congenial, and truly wanted this customer to be happy with the quality of work that his company provides. Before we both signed off on the completed project, there was an issue that took several returns to make it absolutely correct.. Brian came to my house each time to oversee the fine details, and in the end, was up on the ladder correcting the problem himself. I am, admittedly, a picky customer and working with Brian was easy because he wanted me to be happy from start to finish. He takes great pride in his work and the work of all of his employees. I would recommend him highly to anyone who has any type of roofing issue or needs a full roof replacement. It was, in the end, a very satisfying experience for me.
